the ocean house is a very spacious 1,902 square foot short-term rental that includes a split floor plan with two bedrooms w/ two full bathrooms to the left and two guest bedrooms with one full bathroom to the right as you enter The kitchen and living room includes an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. The 2 car garage includes a ping pong table, grill, beach equipment and more. The master bedroom includes a private entrance. The backyard is fenced that comes up to the waist. Please be advised that there are a few small gaps are within the fence, which may pose an issue for smaller dogs to escape.
guest access:
you’ll receive a personalized digital code at check-in to access the home Check-in time is 4 PM, and if early check-in is approved, you’ll be able to arrive as early as 1 PM. The STR has a Schlage lock with a keypad and deadbolt knob. To unlock, enter the code and turn the deadbolt knob to the left. To lock, press the Schlage button at the top of the keypad and turn the deadbolt knob to the right.
